Below are answers to some frequently asked questions about our business, products, and ordering our cheese online. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Pick-up Policy

You can pre-order cheese to be picked up at any of our locations. Even our Farmers Markets! As you check out, you will see the pick up option displaying standard pick up at our cheese shop in Rockaway, NJ. If you would like to pick up your cheese elsewhere, click continue and type in "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS "bow the location and any other info we may need.

How are cheeses shipped?

Our cheese as well as all perishable packages are shipped Express for expedited arrival. The cheeses are packed in an insulated pouch, with an ice pack to keep it cool during its travels to you.

What are your shipping/delivery rates?

As we send everything perishable for expedited delivery, shipping is one of our biggest expenses. 


We are only doing local delivery to Morris and Sussex counties for now. Delivery cost:

  • All orders under $100 are subject to a flat rate delivery charge of $10.00.

Once I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive the cheese?


Orders placed by uesday will be delivered Wednesday-Friday.


For quality reasons, we only ship/ (via UPS) Monday through Wednesday with 1-2 days of transit time, depending on the season.For quality reasons, we only ship (via UPS) Monday through Wednesday with 1-2 days of transit time, depending on the season.


Orders placed by Tuesday should by Friday of the same week.


Orders placed from Wednesday on should arrive by Friday of the following week.


During the holiday season or other peak times, we may need additional days to process your order and regular shipping timelines may be adjusted to avoid UPS shipping holidays.

What is your return policy?

We want you to have a great experience with our cheese, and will do everything possible to make sure orders are accurate and shipped in a timely manner. Since cheese is a perishable item, we strongly advise making sure someone will be available to receive the shipment - this means letting gift recipients know to expect a perishable package.

We are not responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following: 

  • Incorrect delivery addresses
  • Unopened shipments
  • Gifts to recipients who are out of town or unable to receive shipments

No returns or refunds available.
